Celebrate the harvest season at Agraria! Join us for a fun-filled community day on the farm featuring fall food and drinks, live music, farm tours, scarecrow making, kids nature activities, fireside storytelling, and more.
We'll be running farm tours all day to check out the Jacoby Creek re-meandering and restoration area as well as our research projects and demonstrations
Our kids area will be staffed by Agraria educators and include a variety of games, toys and activities for kids to learn about farming. The Dogwood Kids Village will be open all day for youth to explore.
Agraria's Story & Media Artist, Omope Carter Daboiku, will be telling stories around the fire featuring African American agricultural pioneer George Washington Carver and crops of particular significance to African American communities.
Our Land Team will lead participants in scarecrow-making. The scarecrows will stay at Agraria to help protect our regenerative fields.
In the barn there will be live music, a photo booth and refreshments to purchase like hot cider, beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks, farm fresh vegetables and hot dogs.
